I am having this error also now. Here's how it happened: I have a collection of of goodies some of which are are rare/unobtainable in a chest at /warp odbed. While I can open any other chest, when attempting to open this chest of items I get the error and crash. So, like an imbicile I cracked open the chest with an axe and many of the items went into my inventory.
