Well if you have deleted, re installed Minecraft and done the same for the latest version of Java then you need to make sure if it has anything to do with your computer. Check the firewall, check any settings you have have changed and if you have no hope, ask youtube! Jacklebee26

Don't know if this is too late but this is my first post and I am familiar with this. I also have a Toshiba Satellite and I find Minecraft often runs a little slow but if you tweak all your settings and have the latest version of Java everything should be running smoothly. Jacklebee26
