Ah lol now I feel dumb, I was freaking out because a moment ago my computer was having technical difficulties and had to reboot. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

So uh yeah title pretty much says it all. I have the IP address correct and yet when I click join it says connection refused. Anybody know what's up with that?
