I know the latest essentials plugin supports this, maybe it'll be updated sometime soon, or maybe the part that supports /seen is not installed. Some commands like /getpos work, some are restricted, and some appear to be missing.

Just a suggestion would be to have a class rank where the only add'l privilege is to be able to fly. Perhaps this is designated after a number of creative builds are done, perhaps through competitions , or through a review process of prior builds. It would make some of the larger work and more creative builds to be much more feasible and quicker to build, adding overall to the quality of minetown as it will be an enabler for better builds. I understand the implications this could have on a standard player in survival mode, perhaps advantages when fighting mobs and so on, so the rank would only be given out through a process just as selective as being a mod, not something like a perk that could be gotten just through donations, etc. Thoughts?
