For the 10th time. Mods are only for client side, plugins are for server.

Its possible to add a mod to a server, but after that everyone have to install the mod on his PC.

(or we would have to make a "minetown client" which I'm sure would decrease our server population(sadly).

In the future some plugins are planned to allow us to add mods and to make them download automatically to people. (A bit like counter strike servers) but thoses feature dont exist yet.

So until then, sorry to disapoint you, it wont be possible.
