No staff will look at ban appeals that are not in the correct form. The correct format for a ban appeal is as following,
Username:
When you were banned : (Date.)
Person who banned you:
Reason you were banned:
Server: (Wildlands, PVP, Main, Tekkit, Creative)

You need to create a proper ban appeal in the correct format:
Alec, you know members aren't supposed to post in ban appeals unless requested by staff. Don't let it happen again.
Hipped, you may fill out this ban appeal by posting the correct format in this thread.
