Thank you for being patient. I have gone through the logs and discovered you have griefed someone's house. The screenshot below confirms this. Why did you steal and grief, and why should you be unbanned?

It was wrong of me to do this, I justified this to myself by saying that this is unclaimed land, even though I shouldn't have. If you let me back on i'll make sure that this never happens again. Thank you.

Upon looking into the logs, you stole 16 iron blocks which would have gotten you 144 iron ingots. You also stole a cauldron, and a few trapdoors. Also, would you mind explaining why you set your home in someone else's house?

Yes that is what i took i think, and i set my home in there because i thought i might live around the area (I now realize that this may have been breaking the rules in the building guidelines). i will return all the items stolen to Schakl and make sure to apologize to him also. I know now that I broke the building guidelines rule and the being considerate to other players, for I should have thought before taking the iron blocks about who might own them. I will try to make sure to follow these rules in future experiences. Thank you

Okay, so you're only going to "try" to follow the rules. Doesn't really make me comfortable to let you back on in any reasonable amount of time. You either follow the rules, or you don't. The ones who don't are punished severely.

For now, you will not be unbanned. You may fill out a new appeal on November 29th, 2013. This doesn't mean you'll be unbanned on that date, just that you'd have another chance at an appeal.
