Falsebook ICs (in particular mc0272, the player/group detector) are acting weird. (These are not the bridge or lift signs.)

• When created, occasionally says that it must be placed on a wall. (Yes, I do place it on a wall.)

• mc0272 which is meant to be player creatable is not. I'm told I don't have permission to create it.

These effects have been tested by me and KingMark. It would be nice to have working ICs.

I found I can make at least some of the non-self triggered ICs. I stopped testing when I realised my house would be full of sign covered dirt blocks and... I couldn't remove them. The self triggered ICs (sensors and such) are not allowed for me.
