[Enjin Archive] @admin: please delete my player file to remove ghost from server

I get the following message whenever I try to log in:

"You seem to be logged in already. Try again later!"

I have had it for days now (several server restarts!) and it is on all sub-servers, including Pearl. Please remove my ghost by deleting my player file so I can re-join.

I think the reason why it happened is that I tried to log in at the exact moment the server was restarting. This was just unlucky.
I realise I will be losing my inventory. I probably had some materials on me, but the most important thing is my Efficiency 4 Unbreaking 3 Silk Touch pickaxe. I cannot do without it, so please refund it.
Can someone please do this so I can play again?

Any regular players reading this, please ask a Mod+ or Admin in-game for me.
There is nothing in your player data files that can resolve this. However, the software connecting the servers will be updated either tonight or tomorrow morning and this may allow you to connect again.
Okay thanks. Yeah, the deleting player file thing was something that Danni suggested. XCoaster has tried it and it did not work. Neil suggested the proxy server needs a restart.
Have you tried to connect via 'play.pearlmc.net'?
