In March I bought the battlefield 3 premium edition which includes all dlc and the premium, a few months after that, I stopped paying for Xbox live when I moved, so I started playing it on my playstation, so, I decided to get Xbox live again, and when I did, I tried playing BF3, on the same account, and same disc, and same console, as when I first bought it. I still have the ribbons, and the achievements, but other than that, I have nothing. Even in the add-ons in the game section it wants me to pay for premium, I just don't understand why it's gone.

I bought BF3 premium edition from gamestop a while back. Went home downloaded it, and it was the version before premium which I think is gold. I still need to go yell at them.

And of course, help.ea.com is down, and you can't call them...So, that's just great.

And I just fixed it, thankfully.
