heres just a few things that happend latley that i dont quite understand

1st .just a little clarification if you are attacked with a sneak attack and then you kill that person outside of spawn do you have to give the stuff back

2nd. diego rawr. im not talking about his moving to the city .im talking about his griefing of my wall a giant shield on my glass encaced armory a hole lot of smoothstone.why was he not banned or temp banned

3rd. i was curious as to i could get a refund on a refund. as soon as i got the refund for rollback i /home and glitched and i suffocated and lost all the stuff can i get that back
