Something like this exists in FTB. Its kind of sad how mojang gets most of its ideas from the moders. (although mojang pays the modders a fortune so they don't care).

Indeed. This was popular in ftb. which means it will be even better in Vanilla. once mojang works on it it will be bug free.

Its about high time a new biome came knocking. I was always a fan of the redrock biomes from XtraBiomes XL. They were always so pretty!

I hope they do something like the redwood forests in ftb, the huge trees. that would be awesome
