Ive decided to claim this room for Hyrule since it hasn't been touched in Months(December if I'm correct maybe longer) I know the owner has left.

If he EVER returns, which I hardly doubt he will, he can make an offer, if he doesn't want to sell it i'll give it back, it will be alwhile till I touch it, I might fix it up a bit but the reason I claim it now is because Spawn is slowly expanding and getting closer and closer to Hyrule&China, so Claiming this will be enough land.
