I'm not positive Minetown will update to a Development build as it might break one of the plugins, as for the prison changes for 1.6.2, ask DanniDorrito, or DarkPsy

Everything that needs to be done in prison is there. There is no need to add anything else. Just rank up to C, then B, A then free.
There might be some more games in the arcade added later, but im not sure.
