Alright, sweet. So theres been a lot of back and forth with the whole PredSpread thing. And frankly, my dear, I dont give a damn.
However, I would like to see that during the process of handling whatever needs handled, that honestly and integrity can be maintained.
I expect all humans everywhere to say precisely what they mean, and mean exactly what they say. If they change their mind, thats okay. However, be honest about it. Do not lie.
OpNova lied. Outright, blatantly.
Lets take a look, shall we?
.......... maybe integrity isnt important, maybe honesty isnt either, maybe this doesnt explicitly have anything to do with his ability to be a guard.
Though, maybe individuals who are so concerned about the 'server rules' should consider some basic rules about being a human being. Perhaps the Golden Rule. Maybe the one about not lying. Oh! and that one that goes "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all."
Hey, I'm not perfect. I lie. I steal. I cheat. I lose my cool. I say things I later regret.
But I'm not in a position of authority. (Yet)
I also own up to my mistakes, but this isn't a comparison of me and OpNova. This is about whats right, and what's right is to tell the truth. It's to stand by your word, and admit when you're wrong. The right thing is honesty, integrity, consistency, and transparency.
This entire situation which I have stayed out of until now, is one giant web of lies, deceit, manipulation, underhanded and behind closed doors discussion. If we can't handle a matter as simple as someone not showing respect for staff without staff themselves NOT SHOWING RESPECT. Then what can we handle?
Get rid of OpNova. More to come I'm sure as people start drawing lines and taking sides.
My side is honesty, whats yours?
