Tomorrow I will be setting up a website for this so members can talk of the books away from the guards...

Get a password protected room on Mumble. Discuss your escape plans there.

Don't need a password protected one, just move into a channel out of guard earshot.

They also can't see /tell messages so you'll be safe to talk between one another ingame.

You are fine to make a "guild" website where prisoners can go to plan riots or escapes. We also have a ton of events planned so you always have something to do <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f609.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=";)">;)</object>

Announcement will be soon, just tying up some last few loose strings and the prison will be yours to run riot in.
