Reasons for wanting to claim the land:

The land has not been touhced in months. It was used for when there were clans and factions on main. I want to take it, and make it into a functional city for main. At the moment, it is not being used for anything at all.

I'm pretty sure DJ actually handed this over to Danny a little while ago, and, I think it's part of his empire now (Talonvale)...

Choco (i know DJTechnor as Choco) gave holyland to Danny. Danny is the current owner and he's probably not going to give it away.

Danny is also an owner of the region, and both I and savage are members of the region, so maybe holyland's members arent as inactive as you might think <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>
