So I know 1.4 was only really just released but Notch mentioned today that he is working on (re)adding falling rain,snow, and even stormy weather. Also maybe adding power attacks: 1+ damage for attacking from above or downward and a defence bonus for sneaking or backing up.

Yeah I dont really want snow and rain. It would be nice sometimes but i'd hope to be able to turn it off.

What's your beef with rain and snow Reggie?

Will probably be like Classic, where you can turn it off and on.

I heard notch said that in certain biomes it will always rain or always snow. Maybe in the settings you can turn it off.

GUYS, stop talking about 1.5 and talk about 1.5! also, notch said nothing about weather in the latest update siunce its a REDSTONE update, IDIOTS!
