It could be on a copy of the main-city and around it. You would pick a side.... And hope the GMs and Adman don't use there powers...

Id assume rail is meaning a civil war type event, Staff vs Members with a copy of spawn. You are trying to claim as much land as you can, and take down the staff.

Basically I am talking about a war-game with two sides, and the map is the main city in Minetown.

Like I said before you pick a side Staff or members could defect.
