You may have better luck trying a forum that deals primarily with mods and packs. I don't know of any mod that allows for the names to be changed but I'm sure that there is one. You should be able to find the loot drop modifications there too as they have a much larger member base that is dedicated to modifications.

Most of the mods that we usually use on our clients can be found at this forum and the creators usually keep their threads up to date.
