First Question: Im planning on building a small Spleef Arena in North Regnium. is there a way to reset the floor, without completely rebuilding it? i was thinking using a bridge command thing, but will that work for a circular Arena?

No, there isn't a solid way.

You can't use bridges, they are max 3 wide.
