We, The Socialist Republic of Helghan, are loosely based on a Lenin Communist Government, with Soviet/Military Structure, architecture, and beliefs.

We support full military supremacy/rule, with no tolerance for traitors of any type, to our glorious nation. We have simplistic goals, one of which is to become the most powerfullest, militarized, and respected nation in minetown. Do not hinder our cause, or bar our way. We shall not tolerate... Interference... in any way, shape, or form.

Our capital, the great fortress city, is yet to be named. Supreme Commander Tibbs4life, in Conjunction with me, Premier HKX47 of the socialist republics, will announce and confirm the city's name in the short future.
