Stuck on Connecting to Server?
- Means Server is dead, off, or wrong IP.
+ The IP is mc.minetown.net , or the number IP, on the homepage
+ Could also mean Minecraft.net is down, which is Notch / Mojang's fault, which the Minetown Staff can do nothing about.
+ You can check if minecraft.net is down by clicking Here
- If you are getting Java errors, something like, Java.exception.asdf, it means it's your Client / Computer.
+ Try Re starting the Client, multiple times. Happens just because it's Beta, not always stable.
+ Try Re starting computer, always helps.
+ Play around with Priorities in the Process tab in the Task Manager if you know what you are doing
- Check if your Graphics Card is updated.
+ Go back to Run and type dxdiag
+ It might take a while, but you may see this.
+ Go to the display tab at the top and find your Manufacturers name, mine is Nvidia.
+ You may want to go ahead and google keywords and go seek out drivers yourself.
