If you only killed one person, it isnt really a bannable offence. Maybe the previous owner banned you.

Paul and Gats have valid points, it technically is a pvp server and our only rule with pvp is that you cannot pvp in spawn.

This means that technically, we can kill whomever we see, whenever we see them.

he joined our forums 5 hours ago. considering when i joined only a week in i was required to join the forums by cody. there's no way he was a legitimate member with that account.
