i am chrisseb mofro 129's brother i have found a area far from any city full of trees smooth areas and caves i am interested in starting a city here. i believe i can start a very thriving city which i assure will be a site to see monuments that will thrill all viewers seeing as my brother owns north regnium i would like to name my city south negrium. all i would need is protection for the area a warp and status as owner of the town

You didnt even ask about the name lol. ill let you use the name if you agree to be a province of North Regnium. you can still have control but you will be under the Regnian banner.
