So lets try this again. Is there anything you would like to tell me? Please keep in mind this isn't my first xray case and I have been checking out all of your in game work. So lets skip the I don't know what your talking about or plugin mistake excuses.

I appologize for the misunderstanding i wasnt trying to nor was i meaning to undermine your ? at all.If i had known thats what you were asking me i could have answered that ? no problem. I figured after seeing the reply yesterday from Yield, that you guys already had all the info (like you have posted above) already. That is why my answer was like it was. I appologize, it wasnt meant to be a run around. With that said. I havent been playing minecraft itself at all ever up until about 3 months ago, and minetown is my very first server i have played on. I honestly never really took the time to read the rules i just kinda jumped in and started playing, and up until about a month or less ago i never new anything about the mods,texture packs, seeds etc....It wasnt until very recently 2 maybe 3 weeks ago i had heard in game about people being xrayers. I am by no means trying to make an escuse for my actions or an excuse for being ignorant of the rules. I will accept all responsability for my actions. I do see why its wrong and why the rules against a mod like that are made in the first place, and to be frank once i got banned originally. I started looking into the rules etc.. on the website since now that Im not in game and its given me time to do so. I have yet to find another enjoyable... more or even close to as satisfying a place other then MT to play on, and realized that maybe this was the reason i got banned I have since removed all modifications from my client in fear that any one of them could be the cause. I really am completly and honestly sorry and do terribaly regret using this, or now any mods at all. I really like everything about minetown and the community. Not to mention i have been shown nothing but mad respect from any staff i have ever talkked to or had to contact. I have since made sure i took the time to read up and inform myself through the website of all rules and I do understand that my actions on a normal basis is a perma ban! If thats what happens here, now that i know my issue wasnt for a server side plugin issue. Then this I will have to accept, and can do nothing other then give my sincere appologies to not only MT mods and admins but to the community as well!! Ignorance of the laws are no excuse!! I am really hopeing that everybody accepts my apologies, and my promise of nothing like this should have. Nor will it, ever happen again. Again I am sorry

General Rules

1.Be Considerate of Other Players

This rule goes back to and in a nutshell is "The Golden Rule" Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! Treat others in a way as you like to be treated yourself is the basic Idea. Breaking this rule could make this server and gaming community a very unfriendly experince for alot of people. People dont want to be at a place or play on a server where they dont feel welcome or people may be harsh or rude to them. If this was the case they would more then likely be able to find somewhere else they would be treated right.

2.Be Respectful to Staff

Staff members put in alot of hard work and long hours to make this community , website and servers the best they can be. They all have normal lives to i.e. jobs, families, etc.....the last thing they need is to have someonecomming at them with demands and rude attitudes thinking they are the only ones or are more important then anyone else in the community. Along with this how can you expect to have anybody deal with a rude or ignorant, disrespectfull demeanor, and then want them to do anything to address your issue or problem at all. Also refer back to rule 1

3.Use Chat Appropriately

This rule again goes back to respecting others and treating them in a manor you want to be treated in. i.e. refer back to rules 1 and 2

When someone spams a chat channel with any type of spam it makes it very difficult for others and sometimes even impossable for them to be able to use the chat system. This system is not set up for the sole purpose of any 1 individule it is the life and communication systemof any good gaming community. Set in place for alll the community players again Not for just you! this means that inappropriate languags or links to innappropriate content is not something suited for certain community members. We have players of all age, race,religions and creed. Be respectful of these and it makes any 1 users experience that much better.

4.Follow Building Guidelines

Building guidlines are put into place to kepp the atmosphere of Minetown enjoyable and nice for everyone. Remember that there are new players connecting everyday and there experince here may be there first experience of the game. If they logged onto to a server and seen nothing but 1 x1 pillars or had to fall into a 1x1 hole every other step they took that wouldnt be a very enjoyable first time experience for anybody. Not only this but these guidlines are set into to place to make the minetown experience just as enjoyable for veteran users also. Respect peoples personal spaces or areas nobody likes to feel crowded or suffocated out. Minetowns maps are big enough for everyone to enjoy There own areas and space with out haveing to feel comfortable. Besides Some players put an extreme amount of time and effort into some of there builds and put them on display indifferant areas of maps for people to see. Everybodies skill levels are differant and people build some really amazing peices of Art. So in mentioning that if you were to build at the skill level as ome people do to create these amazing builds and you had somebody maybe not as skilled as you build right next to you you really wouldnt care much for that considering the size of the maps and the space available to all players. It would be like you owning a ferrari that you park In front of your house because your proud of the hard work and effort you put into getting it in the first place. Then someone decides to park there beat up rusted out pinto right next to your car. Again also refer back to Rules 1,2,and 3

5.Participate in PvP Appropriately

There is an etiquette that goes into any great PvP experience. Nobody enjoys being spawn camped or trolled out of the spawning area by anybody in order for that other player to gain or be doing it for no other reason then just to acheive a kill or just to be purely rude or ignorant to another player. Remember everybodys experince and skill levels on diferant games or in differant situations are just that....there differant! So following these general pvp guidelines and rules make the experience enjoyable to everyone. Wich is the main goal of any good gaming community or network Players will continue to return to a place or environment where they feel they are welcome, and by not following these Pvp rules or ettiquettes players willl not enjoy comming back No players = No community=No Network = No servers. In general any one of these No's = No Fun

6.Do not use hacks/cheats or exploit glitches, including (but not limited to)

•Any method of duplication

•Using "x-ray" mods/texture packs

•Flying

•Speed hacks

•Exploiting game glitches

•Using a cheat client

•Using any scripts which allow for cheating

•Accepting inappropriately obtained items

I am Leaving all the descriptors of this rule here because this is the rule I am guilty of Breaking. Anyone one of these descriptions including but not limited to makes the game very biased and unbalanced giving players that may use these an unfair advantage over others who read and follow the rules. Along with that not following this rule can cause a gaming environment to become unbalanced. Balance is, If not the number 1 thing that a game has to have in order to grow and thrive its very close to it. Without balance you really have a very bad problem people becoming over powered or markets inflating and or crashing just a very overall extremely unenjoyable experince at its worst.

7.Absolutely no advertising of other servers

Advertising of other servers or gaming networks is a completely rude and disrespectfull to any game environment ,Operator/Owner or even players/community period! By breaking this rule you might have as well spit in the face of any one of the above mentioned. By recruiting from or advertising for any reason is unacceptable for any reason all it does is destroy any community or gameing environment. Oh and Ddid i mention its Just Plain Rude it also Breaks Most if not every other ruule in the above for-mentioned.

Account Rules

1.It is your job to keep your account secure

By doing this you not only avoid issues of items being stolen or "accounts being hacked" and taken but it also keeps issues with staff and other players minimal and makes every player responsible for actions done or rules broken on there accounts.

2.Anything done on your account, regardless of who is/was playing, you are responsible for

3.Refrain from having an explicit user skin

This is an all ages gaming community and network . Skins of this nature are not necsassary. They also are not acceptable for certain age groups remember everyone should have the ability to, or be able to experience and enjoy the game the same as each and every other player in the community.

Donator Rules

1.Donators are expected to follow rules as well

Just because one person has the ability to donate doesnt make them anybetter or give them the right to not to have to follow the rules

2.Donation privileges may be adjusted at any point

perks that are given to donators are just that they are privelages to say thank you for helping pay for and maintain a good healthy, fun, environment for all abusing or misusing these perks could mean the loss of these perks for not only the individual but possably any other donator wich again is an act of disrespect. Remember they are Privelages Not Rights.

3.Donations are non-refundable

Donations are just that they are donations. They are not mandatory but are very helpful to maintain the best gaming experience that minetown has to offer. It is very expensive to maintain and offer this to everyone and are appreciated greatly Im sure. It is your right to Donate or not Donate

World-Specific Rules

•Griefing is anything that is destructive to the work another player has done, whether taking materials or placing them. Creating a player death trap is also considered griefing.

•Griefing is not allowed

•Stealing (taking from) chests that are not yours is not allowed

•PVP is optional

2.Main Server Nether & End

•Griefing & Stealing is allowed

•PVP is enabled

3.PvP Server Worlds

•Griefing & Stealing is allowed

•PVP is enabled

4.Creative Server Worlds

•Griefing is not allowed.

•PVP is disabled

5.Other Servers/Worlds

•Observe public announcements for information

I beleive these are self explanatory for each individual server minetown has to offer and the definition of GRIEFING is stated at the top of the World specific rules Section. Breaking any of these rules on the specific server makes it that less enjoyable to other players. That is why Minetown offers all the differant worlds that are offered so a player can find a server world that is suited to there play style

Forum Rules

1.Familiarize yourself with the search function

By following this rule it keeps the forums neat and easy to use and keeps a hundred differant people from having to ask the same ? Also keeps the admins and moderators work load and capacity down. The answer to your problem or question may already be there all you have to do is look and use the search function that is what it is there for.

2.If you ever need to submit a ban appeal, make sure to do it in the Ban Appeals forum using the appropriate format.

Certain topics and threads have certain areas by posting a ban apeal in a differant place other then in the Ban Apeals section may keep your apeal from ever being seen. Also there is a ban apeals comitee set up that is directly resposable for handling these issues keeping the other admins and mods freed up a little more in order to be able to handle all the other posts that are comming in.

3.Do not post on other people's ban appeals unless requested to by staff.

If you are not the one being banned then do not post in this section it keeps the necsassary information clean and neat in order for these issues to be handled in a timely matter. By posting on someone elses ban apeal you are cluttering up this section making things more difficult for everyone possably getting someones reply or post skipped and involving yourself in someone elses matters that dont pertain to you. If any information is needed from you it will be requested by mod or admin they have the nescassary tools needed in order to investigate and handle the issues at hand.

4.No posting links or addresses for other servers that are outside of the Eximius Gaming family.

Refer to above rule, Rule #7 underneath the General Rules Section.

5.Personal attacks are frowned upon. If you have to resort to such behavior, perhaps you belong someplace else. It is understandable that some discussions can get heated but try to maintain civility. If you cannot, you may be subject to censure or other disciplinary measures.

This is again disrespectful and very immature to attack someone personnaly think of how you would feel . See all the above mentioned Rules

6.Do not overly "quote" posts with images in them, the posts can get far longer then needed. We shouldn't have to scroll down half the page to see you say "ROFL GREAT POST"

Again Unesscassry the forums are for the players and members on the specific forum it is vital for a good community and to keep important information accessable to everyone the more time you post quotes the more cluttered it gets and the harder it is for anyone to get the information they are looking for. Nobody wants to see the same post over and over just quoted by the next in order to find the info they are needing.

7.Many of the individual forums have specific rules (such as the Marketplace) that need to be followed. These will be posted as announcements at the top of the forums for your reading ease.

This is for the benefit and ease of everyone self explanaory

8.Do not post the same thread in multiple forums at the same time. Duplicate threads will be deleted. This does not include posting a topic that someone else posted months ago, however DO NOT necro old threads (post in an old thread that has not been used for months or even years to bring it back to current) just for your own amusement, this is annoying to the moderators and we will not be happy if we have to constantly lock old threads cause you want a laugh.

Unescassary creates problems and hassles for all. Clutter and junk makes work for harder for everyone, and the important information that much harder to keep track of.

9.Try to find the correct forum to post your thread.

Again Use the provided Search function and familiarize yourself with its use Refer to the above rules also

10.Signing up for multiple accounts is lame. Just don't do it. Especially if you've been forum banned.

If you have been forum banned im sure it was for a good reason ...i.e. breaking and contiued defiance of above for-mentioned forum rules. find something better to do with your time then then making others time miserable and that much more difficult again "It's just Lame"

11.Remember that Minetown is a public place with readers of all ages, so act appropriately. Porn links/images are not acceptable and in the memorable words of Justice Stewart, "I know it when I see it." Also, please refrain from using profanity on the site. Posts with profanity will be modified by the word filter or moderated. Profanity in thread titles is very strictly moderated since they show up in the Hot Threads list on the front page. This includes milder forms of profanity that even the word filter doesn't catch.

Again falls under the above mentioned rules and category of respect keeping the site and community available and enjoyable to all.

12.Signature content must conform to the other forum rules and is also up to the discretion of the forum administrators. Religious or political content is forbidden in signatures.

13.No trolling, spamming, or other deliberate obnoxious behavior that is judged to be detrimental to the forums. This is, of course, a judgment call by the moderators and administrators.

14.If your post has been edited by a mod, please do not re-post the same post and demand to know why. Talk to the moderator who edited your post or an administrator before submitting an edit.

This is why the P.M or message function is available to you keeps the nescassary information easy to access and un nescassary clutter to a minimum

15.Finally, the moderators are here to help keep the forum running smoothly. They aren't here to make your forum life miserable. If you have a problem with the actions of a moderator, please talk to the moderator or one of the Staff Managers through the messaging system. Or submit a staff report, this can be found in the reports forum. We will do all that we can to work the situation out.

These differant sections in voice chat are set up for this reason its for the benefit of everyone so your Full experience here is the best Minetown has to offer

Rules Number 2,3,4 from above in the voice chat rules section have all been covered in the preceding rules

It cannot be emphasized enough that if it's your name connected to a rule-break, it doesn't matter who really was playing on your account, you are responsible! The best defense against getting banned is following the rules and not allowing others to access your account.

I think we can both agree you should know and understand the rules now. I will be unbanning you but this is your final chance. You know the rules please follow them and we wont have to deal with each other on these terms again.
