We are looking for artists to create their art in our town, offering incentives like cheap/free land, help gathering materials needed for your project, and help building it. If we think your creation is exceptionally good, we may even pay you for making it in the town.

Note that I didn't say art was just pixel art or statues, buildings can be art too, as shown by The Apple store.

We also are selling lots for residence or selling.
