I've got plots in my town, that haven't been touched for months. And I'm conducting a "clean-up".

So could a mod/admin/helper/freaking someone tell me what I should do? Do I post a warning and wait for an answear that'll never come? Or what can do?

Contact every owner via Forums and Ingame Mail, Add infront of every House a probation sign.
