I doubt it, PS Vita is seriously lacking games, not hardware. Though it would be nice if they would announce a bunch of games at this meeting.
PS4 announcement, hopefully a early build console, specs, I doubt they'll show games.

If Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out for this console, I will not hesistate to buy it. Same goes for FF vs 13

Oki, The man behind Kingdom Hearts, Tetsuya Nomura is working on two games currently, FF13 Lightning Returns and Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
It's been so long I can't remember what press event he said it at back in '09/'10. He wouldn't make a proper sequel to Kingdom Hearts 2 until he was done with Versus.
