The FTB server is down for the time being. We are working on many issues and fixes. Exact ETA as of right now is unknown. I would like to ask everyone to refrain from logging in for the time being as we are having to stop and restart the server to generate configs. I will update this post when the all clear is given.

RoFL and just an update. We are completely redoing permissions due to bukkitforge dropping support of PEX. This has been a nightmare but it will fix several issues once complete.
