Why does 2nd place recieve 25K MTC and 3rd 125K?

Um... 3rd is 12.5... meaning 12 and a half... not 125.

12.5k MTC not 125k

Prizes are as follows:

1st - Minecon'12 XBox Cape & $50k MTC

2nd - $25k MTC

3rd - $12.5k MTC

Would Original screenshots count as original minetown, or screenshots no-one has taken?

No it just means you can't use any old screenshots, they need to be new and made specifically for this event only.

(For example if someone tried to use an image out of the minetown galleries it would not be considered)
