It's actually not a trojan. It's AVG thinking that file is a virus because some idiots thought it would be funny to spam reports as it being a virus, and AVG marked it as a virus/trojan.
This is what you need to do to play Minecraft again.
Option #1 Uninstall AVG and get a better anti-virus. I use Avast. <object class="emojione" data="

Option #2 Follow these steps to mark it as safe or whatever.
1) Click on "Tools" then "Advance Settings"
2) Look for Resident Shield then click on "Excluded files"
3) Add the false infected file into the list then click on "Apply"
If you can't find the false infected file while trying to add it to the list, then follow these simple steps.
Computer > Harddrive > Users > > Appdata > Roaming > .minecraft > bin > natives > then look for the file name that AVG says it's infected which is "lwjgl.dll" > Then add it into the excluded files list > Start minecraft then it should work. <object class="emojione" data="
