Player wanting to claim: PredSpread

Reasons for wanting to claim the land: To make a large town/ medium-sized city from a large plot of land (much of it untouched) that will be unused unless someone claims it and transforms it.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): N/A. He is perma-banned.

There is a request Open allready by Luggious and he is active Region member. I dont think you can Claim this.

Luggious is claiming IggyXP, I'm looking for iggytropolis. They're two different things. ~~
