Reasons for wanting to claim the land: This area looks extremely nice and I would like to claim it.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): -Must provide screenshot proof of message and also copy/paste of forum messages

The region has no traces of anyone according to Neil. I've looked around the doors, chests, and furnaces in the public areas and they have no registered users. The region was not even protected. For reference and anti-griefing purposes, the area has been protected under the name ClaimMe1. I have not been able to contact anyone via the forums or in-game messaging system.

Update: Million_Acers found a name for me (chest lock said Tuff_Gong) - will contact him soon.
