You cannot get anyone white listed, because you are not a donator, for every $10 you donate, you can get 1 person white listed. Sorry, but your friend will have to make a application to get white listed. Unless you, or he decides to donate.

just make a free email, then make a new account

each account can only be tied to one player....shared accounts will not work for the application process. they will need a separate email address to register and submit an application.
