Reasons for wanting to claim the land:i will make a town, i was active in it before i was banned back in may, now it isnt anything, except that it is a huge under water dome

(Ingame and Forums):-Must provide screenshot proof of message and also copy/paste of forum messages there is a problem, the owner is unidentifiable, i talked with IvyDreams, she said it hasd to be Mod+ or higher, that is all i know, when you do /rg i it has no owner, the area is a plot called atlanta surface, whn i do /rg i Atlanta it says owners: 3

Atlanta belongs to Deus:Lemmus (devanhoe) and I highly doubt he's going to give it away.
