Pardon the potentially nooby question, but what IS this cape?

Even Tarantula2 didnt know what it was, and he only had it on when he equipped his armor.

it a mod u can use to have the cape ( i used the minecon 2012 cape) the mod name is mccape

It looks like a gray-scale version of the 2011 Minecon cape. Not sure what mod may be causing this. I know optifine supports capes but I believe their cape is just a simple OF. Could Tarantula see the cape (by changing the char display with F5)? It is possible that you have some client mod that displays the ape whether or not it is actually applied to his account.

No when i do f5 i cant see it. Is it a bug or something?

Only Adam was able to see the cape (I was there) I have optifine and reis minimap installed

If Adam has the cape mod installed I bet it is glitching out. Seeing as you cannot get capes (unless minecon) in vanilla then it must be Adams client

This could all be wrong but it is my best guess

I don't think it is a bug. Possibly some mod that Adam has installed. I haven't seen that cape before, so I wouldn't know where to look for the 'issue'.

I saw a red version of this used by minecon 2011, I don't think Tara went to 2011 though...

Maybe his game files are messed up? But that doesn't explain why I cannot see it...

I'm assuming you have the Donator client correct Adam? I use a Mod in my own client called MCcapes that I must have not remembered to remove when I made the Donator client. Tarantula must have used this and applied that cape before, and not have the mod installed now, hence why you can see it and he can not.
