Warp name to land: didnt found a warp

Reason to claim the land: When I was discovering the proximity of my town which im building right Im building right now i found this abadoned town. I want to rebuild it and connect it with my town. Valuable things can be removed, I just want the buildings.

So I have to wait 6 months now right?
