I'm not sure where to put this, but here it is:

Ever since kingdoms was removed and towny put into play, there's been a halt in the server tick for farmable items. This includes grass, mycelium, netherwart, wheat, potato, carrot, sugarcane, melon, pumpkin, ice and weather.

It's just my theory that towny is causing this lag. If it is, I would like to *request* a different (less lag causing) plugin. If it is a different plugin causing this, what plugin is it?

I haven't been on Main2 in awhile, but it could be that the time was locked (via /time -l day). This causes redstone ticks, etc to misbehave. I'll see if I can help as soon as I get online.

EDIT: This doesn't appear to be the case. I'll pass this on to an admin. Thanks for reporting duns!

At least I found a skele spawner so I *could* make bonemeal for crops, but still have no food for meh sheepies, they want their grass, lol. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object> Gave 'em a stone floor for now, lmao.

To tell you, I tried the redstone clock to see if the tick was disabled but it wasn't... should have told you that in my op. it's just all growth and spread seems to be not going with the tick. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/2639.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":(">:(</object>
Just wondering if there was any update on this yet as to what it is or what is being done? Sorry.
My grass regenerated over in TownVille on Monday after the sheep nearly ate it all. Crops did not grow but I may have not been around long enough for them to reach a noticeable stage.

yeah duns i noticed before a month ago grass and mycelium was incredibly fast growing but it stopped about 3 weeks back turning to a crawl
Modern appeared to have fixed the grass/crop grow

I watched it yesterday and it seems to be growing at the right rate, has it slowed town since?
Oh, fixed it? Well for me this is what happens: It doesn't grow on my screen. I disconnected for a minute to refresh memory, and came back and my grass was all there (strangely). Then, my 16 sheep decided to eat the 400+ blocks of grass before it could grow back. Then, I put one grass under a glass, and it spread quickly enough so the sheepies didn't eat the growing grass and was able to eventually spread. So it's like alternating from fast to slow. But it seems to work now. Which means, no more starving!!!!
