When i try to go through the portal to the Main2 server its just water... and when i do /server main2 nothing happens. Any help?

I'm not sure why the /server main2 command isn't working for you as it is for the others, as for the portal issue that's because there is no portal to connect the hub to main2 server yet, but thanks for noticing that.

There is a portal soon being built to connect them, just have to find a convenient place to put it.
