I've just logged in today and for some reason I'm no longer on the white list. I joined probably a month back, maybe a bit longer.

Is it something to do with bukkit because I was on the whitelist when we were on the temp without it?

There are some whitelist problems, all players with capital letters in their name that have not been added to the list with the capital letters need to be readded.
