Hi, I am interested in clearing anyones land that needs to be cleared. I will do it as fast as I can, and charge an average of 4k MTC per job. This can however vary depending on if it is underground, which I charge per 5x5x5 area (200 per), or above ground if there are many trees which would make the job much more work. Prices can also vary whether or not I hand back the blocks I remove from the area or if you supply the tools or not. I have already done the job for about 10 people in total, all who after the job have resulted in being happy with the result and time.

200 per 5x5x5? thats rediculous

5x5x5 is 125 blocks, or 2 stacks. If I charged 50 per 5x5x5 and did a 25x25x5 area which is usually the size of land I clear I would only get paid 1,250. Charging 200 per 5x5x5 allows me to get payed about 4000 for a decent amount of land.
