Warp name to land: no warp as far as i know, the name of the land is grapesretreat

Reasons for wanting to claim the land: It is in the middle of my region and one of the two, if not both, owners are perma-banned. The small building was built after i started building in my region, and its getting in the way.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): -Must provide screenshot proof of message and also copy/paste of forum messages: cpblack is banned, if not perma-banned, and grapefruit998 is perma-banned so i haven't been able to contact either of them.
