[Enjin Archive] Halloween costume help (itsprotonic0
Started by [E] itsprotonic

Hey guys, sao basically for halloween I'm gonna make a full minecraft steve costume (Cardboard and paper:P). First I'm going to make the head. Well, I downloaded the steve skin and opened GIMP 2. So I cut out the entire body except for the head portion. I measured my head then made the pic's length width. to scale with my head measurement. I realised before I print that because the image was so small before, it was really blurry. How do I fix this? (IF this is confusing just ask and I'll explain further)

Problem solved.
I want to make my costume, not buy it <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f610.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":|">:|</object>
im gunna be a slendermen. I have the suit from my great-grandpa's birthday. And i can get the morph suit (the white part) from party city next to my home <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>.
Nice!
Find a bigger picture of Steves head. The reference skin is too small for what you are doing. Zoom really effects quality! If that doesn't work, use a higher quality printer or adjust your settings. You might have it on "Draft".

Most likely it is the zoom that is the problem! Good luck with the costume
Here you go!

Hope this is what you're looking for.

It's what I used when I was Steve last year. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>

The problem will be cutting and taping a cardboard box to fit the printout exactly.

Good luck and Happy Halloween! <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>
Seeing as how it's it's pixelated, it should be VERY easy to open up gimp and make one from scratch.
