who already donated get the new perks as they come out?

Yes, I'm sure they will. If perks are added, they will be for all donors of that level, not just recent ones.

yes, new perks will be assigned to donor levels, not simply to new donors as that would be way too much work to sort out for future donations on those accounts. Anyone of the donation level the perk is assigned to will recieve such perks
