Reasons for want this land :

1.Over the past 4 days i have been looking for a nice town to build in and i have only found 3 so far.

2.If i got this land i would (1) make a small enough town for everyone to enjoy (2) make prices super low for new players and not so new players

(2)Make a rule if EVER anyone is caught griefing or making inappropriate comments, be reported immediately to moderators or member of minetown staff.

(3)Have a nice small enough town for people to meet new friends on minetown.

(4)make a market for the people of the town and have the prices so low and some maybe even free!

3. I am totally against griefers and i would make sure house/building doors are closed at all time ( unless you are online and in your house/building ).

4. The land is owned by no one and no buildings near it so i would like to build a small enough town.

are you just wanting to claim land, not a region? if so, all you have to do is mark the four corners with easily see-able materials and put a PE in stating you want to claim the land and name it whatever you want.

Example: /pe new can i please claim this land marked with cobble pillers. name <whatever>

easy as that.

i made the pe and a day later i checked my pe's and it was closed. i checked the land and it was still not owned by anyone. Does this mean i cant get it?

Check you closed pe by typing: /pe list closed

get the pe number

/pe view <people number>

It should tell you why the pe was closed

is there anyway i can check if it is mine?

Try typing /rg info, clicking on the ground with a feather, or by trying to break a block.

when i type /rg info on the land it says there is " no region ID specified and no region found at current location "
