Reasons for wanting to claim the land: I want to use it for a second home and possibly sell sections to others. If this dose not sound like an ok reason to the moderaters i am willing to negotiate for other purposes.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): - Only two or three of the buildings where actually protected, and the one name i did find was "Gamma", and i could not find that player to contact. The reason i don't want to post the coordinates is that there a sections of the city that anyone can build on, so if possible i would rather message any of the responding moderaters with the coordinates.

Oh yea and i forgot to mention, a large percentage of the city is griefed. Im not sure if any of the buildings arnt destroyed in some way or another.

I found a name, i contacted him, and he said he didn't want the part he owned.
