Reasons for wanting to claim the land: Well, I was mining where there was no region and found a bunch of ores, but it seems I had traveled into another region via caves underground. I really have no other use of the region but to mine the underground resources and leave. Then I guess i'd give the land away or build on it. I'm not sure.

Contacted the owner? (Ingame and Forums): The owner, Luev25 is Perma-Banned, or so I have been told.
