Whenever I attempt to log in to the server, it times out.

Does anyone have any information as to why?

that means the server is down...it has been happening a lot lately and i hope it is fixed soon.

i was just now on the server when it disconnected. i got back on and then not 20 seconds later id disconnected again. however this time when i try to get back on it says "connection refused: connect" what does that mean? it doesnt mean i was banned does it? because i didnt do anything...

if you were banned it would say so. anything else is just connection problems...server crashing...or server being offline/
