I was trying to make a boat activated BUD switch on the main server, but found out I am unable to place a boat on land, I even tried putting it in water then getting rid of the water so the boat would go on a pressure plate, but still it did not even go downwards. I know there are many other BUD switch designs that don't incorporate a boat, but I was just wondering why its impossible to place a boat on dry land?
